We provide domiciliary care and supported living for adults with complex mental health needs, substance misuse needs, forensic histories and, where present, learning disabilities or autism.
Working in partnership

We work alongside clinical teams to support mental-health stability, physical wellbeing and recovery. Every placement begins with a thorough assessment and an achievable support plan that recognises risk while building on the person’s strengths.
Support can include personal care and 24-hour staffing with waking-night cover, according to assessed need.
Domiciliary and housing support
- Maintaining tenancies, completing paperwork and preventing arrears
- Accessing benefits, budgeting support and help to open a bank account where required
- Daily engagement and support to adapt to life in the community
- Cleaning, laundry, food hygiene, infection control and home safety
- Shopping, meal preparation and safe use of household appliances
- Building self-care skills, routines and a structured day
- Accessing education, training, voluntary work and community activities
Therapeutic and clinical support
- A safe, therapeutic living environment with 24-hour support, including waking nights
- A comprehensive person-centred support plan developed with each individual
- A named key worker and regular recorded key-working sessions
- Monitoring mental wellbeing, behaviour and known relapse indicators
- Medication support and access to drug and alcohol specialist services where required
- Support to attend reviews, health checks and external appointments
- Regular liaison with clinical teams, risk review and contingency planning
Referral information
We undertake a full assessment before admission. Referrers should provide the following current information where applicable.
A trial period may last up to six weeks. Written funding confirmation is required from the responsible authority.
